38 Shore Road in Old Greenwich is what I'm lusting after this week. It was built in 2013 and sits on .57 of an acre close to Tod's Point and the town of Old Greenwich. I didn't make it to the brokers open house for this one because I was taking my grandma to get her second covid shot and I was bummed to miss it. Based on the photos, the price tag, and the market demand I won't be surprised if this gem doesn't last for long. Let the hunger games begin!
